All those racial, economic, and cultural differences melt away when a once-cool guy is changing a diaper, and trying to find the funny in it! | KRIS SHAW -If you haven’t seen Kris Shaw lately, then you haven’t seen Kris Shaw. His show is always changing and evolving making him one of the quickest rising stars on the comedy circuit today. He has entertained troops in Iraq, Kuwait, Japan, Korea, Saudi Arabia and Africa. Kris has recently been seen in several national television commercials and had a recurring extra role on the CBS series “Close To Home”. | DWIGHT SLADE – (Comics Unleashed, Bob and Tom, Winner of Boston and Seattle comedy competitions) Slade’s stand-up has gained international stature after earning a five star review from Scotland’s Minister of Culture at the prestigious Edinburgh Fringe Festival and appearances at the Montreal Just For Laughs Festival. He followed this with a tour in Afghanistan performing for US Troops, a tour of Israel. After a stellar performance at the 2008 Comedy Festival in Las Vegas, Slade was chosen to appear on a Tonight Show feature.Slade’s Hi-Def Comedy Special, “Right & Raunch” is now available on DVD.Dwight is a single father with two children. |
| CHRIS STRAIT – (Fox Sports Net, E-Channel, National Lampoon, Playboy TV) If your type of comedian is someone who reminds us all how funny we all are, Chris Strait is for you! No topic is off limits for the California native, yet he is just telling his story. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Strait is a study in what happens when a man spends his formative years standing out. From being the only white guy among black guys in the neighborhood, to being the only tall guy among short guys in the boxing gym, to being the only man among women in grad school, Strait became an expert on people. If you don’t believe me, try and count how many times you laugh while saying “that is so true!” He tells it like it is, never losing his smile! | LAWRENCE THOMAS – (Last Comic Standing, Bob and Tom, series regular CW’s ‘Eve’) This incredibly funny comedian has been called the cheerful fatalist once joking, “I’ve been depressed all week. A friend of mine found out he had dyslexia last week and jumped behind a bus.” A few of his appearances include A&E’s An Evening at the Improv, National Lampoon’s Comedy Playoffs on Showtime and Comic Relief on HBO, TNN, and Showtime.
